Consistent results, reliable brand
This wasn't my first time ordering from Hair Diagram. I usually get the Bold Hold Extreme Cream, but this time I tried the Bold Hold Lace Gloop. Like my previous orders, everything arrived well-packaged and on time, about 5 days. The Gloop worked great, similar strong hold to the Extreme Cream but maybe a slightly different texture, which I actually prefer for certain installs. It's why I keep coming back; their products are consistently reliable, and I know what to expect. No issues with the order or the product performance.
Good product, slow shipping
I ordered the Bold Hold Active and Bold Hold Skin Protect. The products themselves are really good. The Active held up well in the humidity, no lifting even after a workout. The Skin Protect helped, too; I didn't have any irritation. My main issue was the shipping. It took almost 8 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long for an in-state delivery. The tracking info wasn't updated very often either, so I was left guessing for a few days. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but they didn't really offer a solution, just confirmed it was on its way. Value for money is there for the product quality, but the delivery could definitely be faster.
Got my stuff, it's good
So I needed some new glue and decided to try Hair Diagram again. I grabbed the Bold Hold Liquid Gold and some Bold Hold Wig Caps.
